Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and business development? We have an exciting opportunity for you to take the lead as our On-Premise Sales Supervisor! In this role, you'll guide and inspire our on-premise sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding brand awareness across on-premise, fountain, and food service channels. This role is responsible for coaching the team, communicating market strategies, and actively driving business development efforts to secure new opportunities and maximize existing relationships. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring new business, expanding customer partnerships, and ensuring long-term success in the on-premise market segment.
A Day in the Life of an On-Premise Sales Supervisor:
· Continuously monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor actions, providing feedback and insights to adjust strategies as needed.
· Uphold a positive corporate image by actively promoting the company and its products through industry and community events.
· Develop and execute a structured business development schedule, including contract negotiations, new product launches, and in-outlet execution.
· Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and engaging potential referral sources to expand the customer base.
· Manage, retain, and renegotiate customer agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Development and Inside Sales teams to ensure their success.
· Stay informed about competitive pricing strategies and assist in preparing proposals for prospective clients.
· Maintain accurate records of customer data, pipeline progression, and service forecasts to support the sales team and management.
· Foster strong working relationships with key service partners, including distributors and equipment operators, to ensure smooth operations.
· Accurately estimate project timelines and efforts, ensuring the team delivers on customer expectations.
